Portfolio Overview

One of Delta’s main features is its portfolio overview tool. When you use this portfolio overview feature, you can quickly see all of your current asset balances. This feature also shows you your historic profit and loss statistics so you can see your long-term portfolio trends.

Asset Details & Analysis

Delta also provides you with a detailed analysis of every asset in your portfolio.

These asset details and analyses include things like price charts, depth charts, coin trading volumes, market caps, and other fundamental and technical metrics. You can also see current profits and losses for each asset in your portfolio. Delta also offers links to asset-specific news articles and information about your portfolio’s holdings.

Watchlist & Markets

Delta’s watchlist and markets feature makes it easy to track cryptocurrencies and other assets.

In the app, you can add any asset to your watchlist. Doing so adds the coin or stock to your app’s home screen so you can quickly check its prices. You can also add many of the world’s major indices, like the S&P 500 or the FTSE 100, to your watchlists to help you stay ahead of market movements.

Multiple Portfolios

To make it easier for you to track different investment strategies, Delta has a nifty multiple portfolios feature.

You can create custom portfolios in the Delta app by manually adding trading transactions or by connecting your exchange accounts and crypto wallets. If you manually add transactions to the app, you can also move assets between different portfolios to create unique trading strategies.

Portfolio Analytics

With Delta’s Portfolio Analytics, you can get an in-depth analysis of your cryptocurrency holdings. Your analytics dashboard shows the coin breakdown and composition of your portfolio as well as your portfolio balance history.

However, most of the analytics offered by this feature are only available with a Pro subscription. This feature is also currently only available for cryptocurrencies, not traditional assets.

Exchange & Wallet Integration

The Delta app offers wallet and exchange integrations to help you track your assets across multiple accounts in real-time.

You can use APIs to link your Delta dashboard to your crypto exchange accounts. Additionally, you can connect your crypto wallets by inputting your public wallet address.

However, Delta doesn’t currently let you link your brokerage accounts, so you have to manually enter your stock and ETF holdings.

Smart Notification & Price Alerts

Delta users can set up customized notifications and price alerts for assets in their portfolios and watchlists.

Setting price alerts lets Delta notify you whenever an asset crosses your pre-set price threshold. For example, you can set a price alert that notifies you whenever the price of Bitcoin (BTC) goes below $30,000.

Delta Direct

With Delta Direct, anyone that’s building a new cryptocurrency can link their social channels and project information to Delta. As a result, Delta Direct makes it easier for users to learn more about up-and-coming cryptocurrencies that can help them maximize their portfolios.

Supported Crypto & Stock Exchanges

Delta provides access to stock and crypto-asset prices through its huge list of supported crypto and stock exchanges. For example, you can see stock prices on nearly any major stock exchange, such as the NY Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange.

For crypto traders, the app also lets you see crypto asset prices from your exchange of choice, such as Coinbase and Gemini. That way, you can get the most accurate prices available before you place your next trade.

Unlimited Connections to Exchanges and Wallets (Available on Pro)

Delta’s Pro subscribers get access to unlimited wallet and exchange connections. While free plan subscribers are limited to just two wallet and two exchange connections, Pro subscribers can connect and sync as many wallets and exchanges as they like.

Live Prices (Available on Pro)

All Delta users can see the current prices for the cryptocurrencies and traditional assets in their portfolios and exchanges.

But, for Pro subscribers, the Delta app automatically refreshes to give you live prices from major stock and crypto exchanges. This makes researching your next investment opportunity much easier as it eliminates the need to manually refresh your screen every few minutes.

Advanced Metrics (Available on Pro)

One of the biggest benefits of a Delta Pro subscription is that it comes with access to the company’s advanced metrics.

These advanced metrics include proprietary statistics that can help you assess the strength of your investments through Portfolio Analytics. Additionally, Pro subscribers get extra portfolio insights, such as information about all of the crypto trading fees that they’ve paid to date.

Delta Pricing & Fees

Delta is free to use. However, if you want to unlock extra features, such as advanced metrics and unlimited wallet and exchange integrations, you’ll need a Pro subscription.

Delta’s Pro annual subscription varies in price depending on your location and your chosen operating system. The current prices for Delta Pro are:

  • iOS – $60 to $70 annually
  • Android – $70 to $80 annually

Delta Security

Delta is an investment tracking and portfolio management service, so it never has control over your money, cryptocurrencies, or other assets.

When you connect your crypto exchange account to Delta, you do so through APIs, which allow for a secure connection to your exchange data. For extra security, Delta also only ever stores your API keys on your device, so your information is never sent to the company’s servers.

Delta Customer Support

If you need help navigating Delta or your Pro subscription, you can get answers to most common questions in the company’s online help pages. For more specific queries about your account, you can send an email to Delta’s customer support team.

Delta App Alternatives

Not convinced that Delta is right for you? Here are two Delta alternatives to check out instead.

Delta App vs. Kubera

Kubera is a multi-asset portfolio management platform that serves as a one-stop-shop for all your investment tracking needs.

With Kubera, investors can view their bank, brokerage, crypto exchange, and crypto wallet holdings in real-time. The platform also lets you track the value of your homes, cars, and other assets like domain names and precious metals.

When compared to Delta, Kubera’s main advantage is that it offers better integrations with a wider range of investment and exchange accounts. However, Kubera is more expensive than Delta, so it’s not ideal if you want to keep costs at a minimum.

Delta App vs. CoinMarketCap

CoinMarketCap is one of the world’s leading crypto price tracking platforms. In addition to its real-time crypto price data, the company also offers a convenient—and free—crypto portfolio management tool.

Anyone can sign up for a free CoinMarketCap portfolio tracking account to manage their assets. The company also provides extensive technical and fundamental data about most of the coins listed in its database.

The downside to CoinMarketCap is that it doesn’t support wallet or exchange integrations, so you have to add all your transactions manually. However, if you’re a crypto trader that wants a free portfolio tracking tool, CoinMarketCap is a solid choice.
